One thing I'd like to point out that is quite unusual for a VAX review.
Upon using the vacuum for the first time I encountered a problem where it would shut down after a few seconds use. As a result, this gave me the rare opportunity to test out the abilities of VAX support.
My technician talked me through the problem and identified the issue very quickly. I had left a dust cap on the motorised head which was causing the vacuum to shut off. My error!
Having experienced the excellent service of the technical support, who identified and fixed my mistake so promptly, this just gives an extra layer of confidence that VAX continues to be the brand to beat when it comes to choosing a cordless vacuum cleaner that can competently and reliably tackle the unique challenges of a multi-pet home.
