Jacob Tumalan is a very impressive young man doing a great thing. Jacob is six years old and lives in La Habra, Orange County, California. At a young age Jacob's parents learned their son had autism and his passion from very early on was reading books. Reading was his very favourite thing and he spent most of his time doing just that. In 2016 his aunty took him to the Carson Animal Shelter - home to dogs like Pirate the Pit Bull - here Jacob combined his love of reading with his compassion for animals.
This is truly a beautiful thing to see.
