Dog training and canine behaviour advice from K9 Magazine's dog training experts!

Dog training comes in many forms. To train your dog doesn't just mean tricks or commands. Dog training is a broad description, from your dog's point of view anyway, for what you and your dog do every day. A dog owner's interaction with their dog is dog training. Playing with your dog is dog training, telling your dog off is dog training, relaxing with your dog is dog training. The idea that dog training is purely an activity that takes place with a lead, collar and set of commands should be dispelled.

K9 Magazine addresses dog training issues on a regular basis. Focussing on the human/dog relationship, dog training advice comes in several flavours and at many different levels but the basis of all dog training advice is nearly always the same. Reward and praise will make for a happier, healthier dog and happier, healthier you!

Because dog training and behaviour is one of the most popular subjects covered by K9 Magazine, we have decided to include a dog training feature in every issue of our free K9 Magazine e-Zine/newsletter service so ANYONE can get free, expert dog advice direct to their desktop every month. Our e-zine dog training features cover everything from training your dog to basic obedience level through to more advanced dog training issues and even professional level dog training activities.
